By accessing or using DanceClub (danceclub.app and hub.danceclub.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

DanceClub is a platform for social dancers to discover dance events, connect with other dancers, and for event organizers to create, manage, and promote dance events. The platform consists of:

• DanceClub (danceclub.app) - the consumer-facing platform for dancers
• DanceClub Hub (hub.danceclub.app) - the organizer panel for event management

3. Account Registration

• You must sign in using a valid Google account to access member features
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating your profile or registering as an organizer
• You must be at least 16 years old to use DanceClub

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent event information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the platform without permission
• Create spam events or accounts

5. Event Listings

• DanceClub may create event listings on behalf of organizers using publicly available information. Organizers can claim and manage these listings through the Hub
• Event listings are subject to review. DanceClub reserves the right to reject, flag, or remove events that violate these terms or our content policies
• Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event information, including dates, location, pricing, and descriptions
• Events submitted by untrusted organizers will be placed under review before being published

6. Organizer Responsibilities

• Organizers must provide truthful verification information (name, date of birth) when requesting Hub access
• Organizers are solely responsible for the events they create, including compliance with local laws, venue agreements, and safety regulations
• DanceClub is a platform for event discovery and management - we are not the organizer of events listed on the platform unless explicitly stated

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of DanceClub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Intellectual Property

• The DanceClub name, logo, design, and platform are the property of DanceClub
• Content you upload (profile photos, event posters, descriptions) remains yours, but you grant DanceClub a license to display it on the platform for the purpose of operating the service
• You must not use content from other users or from DanceClub without permission

9. Disclaimers

• DanceClub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of event information provided by organizers or third parties
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events listed on the platform
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or attendance at events discovered through DanceClub

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or the service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the platform. Continued use of DanceClub after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Aachen, Germany.
